ARUN
Executive Director
Arun Kumar, Founder and Executive Director of Let's Build, is a seasoned leader with expertise in social work, teaching, and administration. He has served as Executive Officer of the ICCA, Administrative Officer at a multispecialty hospital, and Assistant Professor at a college affiliated with Bharathiar University.
He holds an M.Phil. in Social Work, a Dip. in Outdoor Leadership, and a Challenge Course Certification from the USA. Arun is dedicated to shaping the next generation of leaders.
NAVEEN
Program Executive
Naveen Kumar, a BBA graduate from a reputed Bharathiar University college, found his passion for outdoor adventures through life-changing experiences. He honed his skills with a Dip. in Outdoor Leadership from ICCA under MLC University, trained in challenge courses, wilderness programs, and more.
Naveen is committed to empowering participants with transformative adventure skills, fostering growth and resilience. His dedication makes him a vital part of our team.
SUDHA
Eco-Care Expert
Sudha, a Master’s graduate in Wildlife Biology from Bharathiar University, is passionate about fostering environmental stewardship through impactful education. She experts in creating engaging, nature-focused programs that inspire children, youth, and leaders to embrace wildlife conservation.
She designs outdoor programs integrating environmental awareness, enriched by her knowledge of biodiversity and experience in wildlife
programs.
MANUEL
Program Executive - WP
Manuel, a MCA graduate from Bharathiar University, discovered his passion for nature through transformative outdoor experiences.
As Administrator and Wilderness Program Executive, he combines expertise and enthusiasm to deliver impactful adventure programs in Let's Build.
Manuel’s dedication to blending adventure with personal growth makes him a cornerstone of our mission to inspire a love for natural world.

Program Assistant
David Steward, a passionate outdoor leader, found his calling in adventure and youth development through transformative experiences. As a Program Assistant at Let’s Build, he specializes in designing and leading outdoor camps that foster personal growth and resilience.
With a background in mechanical engineering and hands-on expertise in outdoor education, team-building, and experiential learning, David is dedicated to equipping participants with essential life skills, making him a vital part of our team.
